These Windows of Time

The Lenten Season...
The time we have our parents and siblings...
The time we have our children at home...
The time we have each other...
The time we have on earth...

I don't want to waste a moment.

If I decide to let my heart be engaged in the life-long process of conversion, I will have very few regrets.
My number one regret will be that I did not begin this process sooner. Lent is a perfect opportunity to review whether or not we are living the truth - or living like hypocrites... I don't want to waste a moment... neither do you - or you would not still be reading this little blurb I am posting here.

Just a suggestion: This Lent, maybe we can be more present to one another in our families. That never hurt - unless we're the only ones making the effort - then it hurts like heck - and we'd have something else to offer up. Right?

Our Father in Heaven, please send us Your Holy Spirit... Let our Lenten season be a rich one and may the conversion of our hearts be authentic and ongoing until we draw our last breath when You will open for us a Window to Eternity... Amen.
